In person in Grand Marais, MN, I offer Maya Abdominal Therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care, healing and transformational bodywork modalities for women.

A highly individualized weekend or day retreat to allow for the fullest unwinding and healing of the feminine body and energy system.
With Maya Abdominal Therapy and Holistic Pelvic Care at its center, this offering also weaves ritual, music, healing foods and deep presence to invite next level transformation.
