Stress and Human Spirituality – 2 hour We are living in times of great stress and profound change, yet it seems a strong human spirit can be a vital asset to moderating stress, promoting inner peace and shifting perceptions and roadblocks on the path of life.  What does it even mean to have a strong spirit? While there are infinite styles and paths of spirituality, this presentation aims to explore general spiritual concepts, theories of human spirituality and principles of spiritual well-being while also providing participants with opportunities for self-inquiry.
